Device Information: Device identifiers and push notification tokens (e.g., FCM) to send you real-time updates and alerts.
Usage Data: Basic interaction data to help us improve the app and troubleshoot issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to operate, maintain, and improve WhatsDone. Specifically, we use it to:

Provide real-time messaging, file synchronization, and task tracking.
Send you push notifications regarding new messages, task assignments, and mentions.
Authenticate your account and maintain security across iOS, Android, and web platforms.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored using Supabase (PostgreSQL, Storage, and Auth) with strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies. This ensures that your private chats, tasks, and files are only accessible to you and the members of your respective groups or projects. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data and user content as long as your account is active. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting our support team or using the in-app deletion option when available.
