Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WhatsDone application ("Service") on web, iOS, or Android, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

WhatsDone is a chat and project management application that provides real-time messaging, task management, file storage, and organization tools. We are constantly improving the Service and may update or modify its features at any time.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide an accurate email address or use a valid Google account to register.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service.
• You are responsible for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Distribute malicious code, viruses, or spam.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases (including Supabase), or user accounts.

5. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

WhatsDone has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable is not permitted, and neither is abuse of other users.

• Reporting: any message can be reported from inside the app — hold the message and choose Report message.
• Blocking: you can block any user from the same menu, or manage blocks under Settings → Blocked contacts. A blocked person's messages are hidden from you immediately, and they are not told.
• Our response: we review every report and act within 24 hours, removing content and suspending or terminating the accounts responsible.

Repeated or serious violations result in permanent removal from the Service.

6. User Content

You retain full ownership of the messages, tasks, and files you transmit through WhatsDone. By using the Service, you grant us the necessary permissions to host, store, and display your content to you and the users you choose to share it with.

7. Deleting Your Account

You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time from inside the app, under Settings → Delete account. Deletion removes your profile, sign-in credentials, devices, and memberships. Messages you already sent remain in other people's conversations, shown as coming from a deleted account.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. WhatsDone makes no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. In no event shall WhatsDone be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.
