How to request deletion

You can permanently delete your WhatsDone account and its data at any time.

By email

1. Send an email to contact@udgamai.com from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line “Delete my WhatsDone account”.
3. Include the email address or username of the account to be deleted.

We verify ownership and process the request. Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request, and you'll receive a confirmation.

In the app

Where your app version supports it, you can also delete your account directly from the Settings tab via Delete account. If you don't see that option, use the email method above.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your profile (display name, username, avatar, and email address);
• Messages, tasks/to-dos, comments, and reactions you created;
• Media and documents you uploaded (images, videos, files, voice notes);
• Your push-notification tokens and device identifiers;
• Your authentication record.

What may be retained, and for how long

• Shared group content: messages you sent into a group chat may remain visible to other members as part of their own conversation history, in the same way a message can't be unsent from everyone's device. Your name is dissociated from your deleted account.
• Encrypted backups: residual copies in routine, encrypted system backups are purged within 90 days.
• Legal/abuse records: we do not retain personal data for other purposes; WhatsDone is a free service with no payment records.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. After deletion you can create a new account later using a valid invite.
